There are small potted plants on either side of the sign, and a small table with another potted plant on it. Santa Barbara wedding caterer

Hello, I’m Mattias Blom,

I am a small operation of one person, aiming to give you high-quality, locally sourced food for your guests.

I have been a local private chef for the past 14 years, and I also have a 18 year restaurant kitchen chef background, cooking for a wide variety of clientele in and around the Santa Barbara area.

Now you are going to be able to have me come to your event and set up my handmade (by me) cart station to serve your guests the best of California.

Each month, there will be new products and new flavors coming your way. Moving with the seasons, sustainable and exclusively sourced from local waters, matched with daily farmers market produce, complemented by house-made sauces and contemporary flavors.

 . . I look forward meeting you

My handmade breakdown mobile cart coming to your next event.

The cart fits in my car and rolls out to your site of choice with a 5-minute set-up.

I treated the wood with a Japanese wood-burning technique called Shou Sugi Ban for a beautiful finish to go with the oak top and hand-etched walnut sign.

A wooden picnic table on a grassy area with a scenic background of a historic building with white walls, red-tiled roof, twin bell towers, surrounded by trees and greenery. The sky is partly cloudy.
